Highlights from ‘Time Management with the 4-1-1’

Time Management with the 4-1-1 at Keller Williams Murfreesboro was a resounding success! We welcomed both in-person and online attendees, leading to lively discussions and valuable exchanges throughout the session. It was particularly exciting to see strong collaboration and positive feedback from everyone involved.

A significant portion of our attendees were dual career professionals, which opened up meaningful conversations about balancing multiple goals and the importance of maintaining a structured system. We explored practical strategies to stay organized and committed, despite the demands of juggling different responsibilities.

One of the most impactful takeaways was the exercise of repeatedly asking yourself “why” until you uncover your true core motivation. This technique helps create actionable steps that resonate with your deeper goals, fostering both commitment and clarity.

A standout topic during the class was the deep dive into Google appointments. It sparked a lot of interest and highlighted the need for further exploration and follow-up.

While many attendees felt a touch of overwhelm at the amount of work needed to implement these systems, they also recognized the long-term benefits. By putting in the effort now, they could see how it would streamline their tasks and make both their work and personal lives more manageable.

Overall, the session underscored that investing in structured practices pays off, making your daily workflow smoother and more efficient.
